🇩🇰 âžœ 🇳🇴 We have helped our very first customer enter the Norwegian market. On 23 January 2023 the customer was formally incorporated in Norway — a milestone for both the customer and for Intermediary AS.

The customer

Our first customer is Dansk Logistik Partner (www.dansklogistikpartner.dk) — a Danish logistics company that wanted to establish itself in Norway in order to serve the Norwegian market with a physical presence, a local organisation number and full operational freedom.

Date of incorporation: 23 January 2023

The Norwegian entity was formally incorporated on 23 January 2023. This is at the same time Intermediary AS' first real customer case — the delivery that proved our concept works, and which laid the foundation for everything we have built since.

What we helped with

• Company incorporation in Norway — from the first scoping call to a fully registered entity in the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
• Identity verification and D-numbers for those who needed them.
• Banking and payment setup tailored to a foreign owner.
• VAT and tax registration with the Norwegian Tax Administration.
• Practical guidance on employer obligations and local operations.
• Connection to the right professional partners — the foundation that was later formalised with Randaberg Regnskap AS and Simonsen Vogt Wiig AS.

Why this matters so much

For an early-stage company the first paying customer is always special — that is when the hypothesis meets reality. For Intermediary AS, the Dansk Logistik Partner case confirmed:

• That a real need does exist among foreign companies for a unified route into the Norwegian market.
• That the combination of platform + professional partners + hands-on advisory actually works in practice.
• That Danish companies are a natural first target group — language, business culture and trade flows lie close to the Norwegian market.
• That we dare to deliver end-to-end — from the first conversation to live operations.

From first customer to platform

The lessons learned from Dansk Logistik Partner became the core of everything that followed:

• The market clarification grant from Innovation Norway (June 2023, NOK 100,000).
• Patentability review at the Norwegian Patent Office and the Zenodo/CERN publication (2023).
• Press coverage from Danish Startup Group (Sept. 2023).
• Trademark registered with the Norwegian Patent Office (Oct. 2023).
• Launch of registercompany.no (2023).
• Partner agreements with Randaberg Regnskap AS (Dec. 2023) and Simonsen Vogt Wiig AS (Jan. 2024).

Without the first customer none of the later milestones would have made sense. So we say it again — thank you for the trust, Dansk Logistik Partner.
