Forlaget Katapult to Norway — in collaboration with Erhvervshus Sjælland | Intermediary AS

Intermediary AS helped Forlaget Katapult establish in Norway — in collaboration with Erhvervshus Sjælland. Date of registration 21 March 2026.

🇩🇰 âžœ 🇳🇴 We have helped Forlaget Katapult enter the Norwegian market — in collaboration with Erhvervshus Sjælland. On 21 March 2026 the Norwegian entity was formally registered with the Brønnøysund Register Centre — yet another Danish brand taking the step across the Skagerrak with Intermediary AS as their operational partner and Erhvervshus Sjælland as sparring partner in the early phase of the project.

The customer

Forlaget Katapult (forlagetkatapult.dk) is a Danish publishing house releasing books for the Danish and Nordic book market. With a Norwegian entity in place, the publisher can now reach Norwegian readers, retailers and distributors through a locally registered company — including simplified invoicing, Norwegian VAT and direct access to the Norwegian distribution and bookshop channels.

A collaboration with Erhvervshus Sjælland

This case was realised in collaboration with Erhvervshus Sjælland (Business Hub Zealand), who referred Forlaget Katapult to Intermediary AS at the point where it became clear that a Norwegian entity would be the right path for the publisher's Nordic ambitions. Erhvervshus Sjælland provides free, impartial sparring to Danish companies on growth and internationalisation, and brings in specialised partners — such as ourselves — when a case requires concrete operational establishment abroad. We very much appreciate the collaboration, and it is a great example of how the public advisory system in Denmark and specialised private partners can play each other strong for the benefit of the customer.

Date of registration in Norway: 21 March 2026

The Norwegian entity was registered with the Brønnøysund Register Centre on 21 March 2026 — ready for operations in the Norwegian market with all required registrations and public connections in place.

What we helped with

Why the Danish–Norwegian corridor matters

The Forlaget Katapult case confirms a pattern we keep seeing: Danish companies with a strong identity and Nordic ambitions find the Norwegian market attractive — but the threshold of navigating D-numbers, share capital, banking and VAT registration is real. Our job is to remove the friction so the customer only notices the outcome: a fully operational Norwegian entity with its own organisation number and full operational freedom.

Thank you

Thank you to Forlaget Katapult for the trust. We look forward to following the journey further — and to helping many more Danish and European companies enter the Norwegian market.

Kind regards,
Morten, Torben and the entire Intermediary team
