Intermediary AS joins the Norwegian Danish Chamber of Commerce (NDCC)

Intermediary AS is now an official member of the Norwegian Danish Chamber of Commerce (NDCC) — the Norwegian-Danish chamber that has been building bridges between Norwegian and Danish business since 1972. The membership strengthens our position in Denmark, which is our active test market, and gives us access to a qualified network of companies and individuals with deep expertise on both sides of the Skagerrak.

What is NDCC?

NDCC stands for Norwegian Danish Chamber of Commerce. The association traces its roots back to 1972, when the "Association of Norwegian Subsidiaries in Denmark" was founded. In 2016 it was merged with NPC (Norwegian Professionals Copenhagen), originally established in 2006 as a network for Norwegians in Copenhagen. At the 2024 general assembly the name was formally changed to Norwegian Danish Chamber of Commerce.

NDCC is based at Dampfærgevej 10 in Copenhagen and runs an active network with both corporate members and individual members who share an interest in Norwegian-Danish relations.

The purpose of the association

As NDCC itself puts it: "Both Norway and Denmark have at all times been interested in trade." Today, both countries are seeing a growing number of cross-border establishments — Norwegian companies in Denmark, and Danish companies in Norway. NDCC creates the conditions for companies and individuals to build networks, increase mutual knowledge and strengthen Norwegian-Danish trade.

Why this matters to Intermediary AS

Our business model is built around cross-border company formation — and Denmark is our active test market. Our first 10 Danish pilot customers have already been onboarded via API integration with EU business registers. The NDCC membership gives us:

• The company is a Norwegian limited company with its registered address at Bryggerikaien 24, 4014 Stavanger
• The founder holds dual citizenship — Norwegian and Danish
• The value proposition is to digitise and simplify company registration in Norway for foreign business owners and entities
• Onboarding is offered in Danish language for Danish customers

Strategic timing

The NDCC membership comes at a moment where Intermediary AS is building momentum on multiple fronts at once: Made in Norway certification, Innovation Norway / Enterprise Europe Network promotion across 14 European countries, status as an official EIC service provider in the European Innovation Council's Service Catalogue, and nomination for the Norwegian Digitalisation Award 2026. NDCC adds the final, important piece — local anchoring in Denmark and direct access to Danish decision-makers.
